wow, i saw 2 of these jets at yvr this weekend. i thought they must be jal, but i didn't remember them looking like that. i guess they're government, or royalty jets?

if so, that is a really big waste of tax money, why does the emperor/empress need such an intricate motorcade? not like anybody will try to assassinate them

I don't think thats the point. It seems to be a symbolic visit, and for furthering good relations between our two countries. Imagine if something DID happen, it might harm Canada's image. Better to be safe than sorry.

lol, yeah, the view is great at where i work at! always looking over the water + mountains

my previous job.. all i had was 4 dull grey walls and no windows, lol. a big change i must say!
