Police, fire, and ambulance crew rush to free this guys penis from a park bench.
It took emergency officials 4 hours to free this mans penis. Doctors said if it took 1 more hour longer, they would've amputated his penis (it would be possible to stitch it back on after though)

Probably just was wondering why there were holes in the bench, and why that bench was there in the first place... it's not particularly good to sit on so maybe it's for fucking?

the board has holes for very simple engineering reason: It's put outside they don't want water to stay on it after a rain and after the board gets slight deformation after repeated "use"
These are like "park gyms" in HK where you can see a bunch of exercise instructions on how to keep fit using these equipment. I don't think penis fitness was part of the plan.
