i've lost my pencil case today
so i am trying to replace everything

i am looking for a specific ruler, it's made of metal, but not the common ones u see in staples/superstore, it is thicker than those ones, and shorter as well..
supposely u can buy them in hk but i want to find it here..

any inputs would be appreciated

i prefer those rubber rulers because they never break and you can slap someone in the face with it. its really loud too

its not a special ruler, just regular one one

nooo you dont cheat by slipping a paper in there ...

these you can write on these metal rulers with a lead pencil
their small like 15-20 cms.. so the teacher dun get wise and it easily fits in a small pencil case ... i just write really small on to the ruler and use it to cheat in class... its silver so its not obvious theres pencil marks on the ruler.. and the lead marks can be easily rubbed off with ur finger

nope...
if its a plastic clear ruler ... then can't write on it ...
if its those school yellow ruler .. its too big to fit inside the pencil case..
if its a wood ruler .. u can't easily rub it off without grabbing a eraser and go to town on it.. that would let the teacher know u wrote something on it.. plus it'll be too big
