For trade is a brand new N97-3 (nam version) so it is unlocked
color is black, just got this last night...
not planning to sell but looking to trade for the following:
1. White E71 (must be NAM as well so 3g will work)
2. White N97-3 (must be NAM as well)
3. HTC Hero (north america version so 3g will work)
must be rogers so that it works with HSPDA 850/1900/2100
