Why do you pay money to go to school and then not even do the assignments or take the time to learn something? Is it really that hard to do some research and google things?

I can't believe you are turning to RS for research when websites like Wikipedia exist. You've taken laziness to a whole new level.

the outsourcing of samosas have been rising.
the outsourcing of samosas have been rising.
that doesnt even make sense.
But right now India is developing rapidly. You could go see a city, then come back in a year have see new office buildings, shopping malls etc. It's becoming very westernized in urban areas.

Don't forget that they want every single one of their citizens to have a national ID card within three years. That's a billion people. They're tapping into the private sector for help, and something like this is unprecedented and crazy ambitious.
