I like to organize my IE favorites in a non-alphabetical order, like randomly on how often I use each link. And stuff for work/ personal folders, etc.

I noticed this like 2 weeks ago - I fixed my faves back to how I liked it and then after a couple of days it goes back to alphabetical order. =(

I found the fix for it - not sure if it works for sure yet, I need to reboot at the end of the day - but I want to know WHY????? Help!
