MY FIRST DSLR
hey guys,
i just got my first dslr, sony a330, i took a few shots, its my first time so dont be too harsh, its all taken with the 18-55mm kit lense, heres the link, http://www.flickr.com/photos/40756873@N06/ let me know what u guys think =)

ohhh THAT composition, hahahah why thank u very much! any tips or pointers?? i didnt mess with the aperature or iso settings.....just focus and blur for these ones.....i have a few more i took i didnt upload....ill do it later tonight!!!!

Not when you have clients that are paying you $1500/day for a jewellery shoot, hovering over you, and they expect your pictures to look like those on the Tiffany website! Haha...

I bought an A200 from future shop a few months ago cos the deal was too good to resist :haha:
They're much easier to use than canons
Even though I use a 40D, I think for an amateur like myself who can barely figure how to change the settings the Sony is the better choice, I kept doubting a sony DSLR but was so impressed by my $600 A200 with 2 lens and a flash, I think when it comes time to replace my 40D i'll probably buy a higher end sony, and don't forget Carl Zeiss
what kind of lenses did u get? with the package?

That's a pretty good deal. I've owned both the A200 and the A330. The interface on the Sony's is definitely good. Plus in body stabilization.

The Zeiss lenses are bar none the sharpest in their class.
