The formula always results in a number that is a multiple of 9. All the multiples of 9 on the grid are the same item. Item changes every new game. There you have it.

Apparently if you click next and you mouse over that item. it reads that item. So I'm assuming if your mind is thinking about that item you will unconciously move your cursor to that box. Which then tells that "Genie" that it's your #.

Notice how 9, 18, 27, 36, 45, 54, 63, 72, 81, 90, 99 (ie all the multiples of 9) ALL have the same item?

Try 55. 55 - 5 - 5 = 45, which is on that list.
92 - 9 - 2 = 81, also on the list.

Just so you know, whenever you take ANY integer (no matter how big) and subtract all the digits from that number, you ALWAYS end up with a multiple of 9.
