On May 11 I ordered a 320 GB 2.5 inch external HD from buy.com's Canadian website. They were out of stock and would ship when they had some. Many moons passed without any info so I decided to call them. There was know contact # on there Canadian or American websites. After some googiling I found there number but it would not work from Canada. I e-mailed them on may 20th and got a reply back on may 22nd that they were still back ordered. Many more moons and I few moore e-mails later I got this email on july 6th: "We apologize for the delay in the shipment of your order #47066459.
Item #208084015 has been delayed in the fulfillment process. It is shipping within this week. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order ships.
Thank you for your patience."
Today on July 28 I get this E--mail:
"We were recently informed that the item listed below from order #47066459
is no longer available from that supplier. Please accept our sincere apologies for this inconvenience.
Your order for this product has been automatically cancelled and you will not be charged.
"
Don't order from buy.com because you will never know when you will get your stuff if at all.
