this happened to someone i know


it was proven in court that the officer in question was lying and his testimony was highly contradictary

the judge fell short of calling him a liar but gave the nicest reprimand without turning the case into a big deal and let the person i know go; his lawyer didn't hold his words though and said in his closing statement that the officer is a danger to the public, a liar and shouldnt be allowed on the force.

the thing that's suppose to be good about western countires is that cops are suppose to be punished hard for stuff like this. . .

In asia, africa and other third world countries, cops pull way crazier stuff.

In vietnam, thailand, china, cambodia etc, they go around local businesses collecting monthly "protection" money.

Shiet like this shouldn't be happening in western countries. There needs to be someone monitoring the monitors so to speak.
