True story - when I worked at CDIS (now AI), they booked out the school's facilities for a film set during one of the semester breaks ("Maximum Surge (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0382178/)" - pretty forgettable, other than having Yasmine Bleeth). It was a good opportunity for a bunch of the students to gain some experience and make some connections in the industry.

Well, one student didn't see it that way... he was harping quite loudly one day as he walked past us, bitching about how the production was interfering with his lab access, and generally maligning the whole procedure and everyone involved with it.

Unfortunately for him, "us" at that particular moment included the producer of the movie, who just happened to be one of the top guys at the company making the flick... and he recognized the student as one who had applied for a job there a few days earlier.

"Oops."

Needless to say, that person was dropped from consideration.
