| Pho Challange; San Francisco - Enormous bowl of Pho free if eaten in 1 hour
Mods - I know this should be in Food, but its not in Vancouver so I figured it'd be better off here. Plus the higher traffic would do it justice.
Anyways. So I'm quite a Pho addict, and my friends in San Francisco sent me this site - if you're able to eat this enormous bowl of Pho in 1 hour, its free. If not, its $22. http://eatdrinknbmerry.blogspot.com/...wonder-of.html |

I agree. I'd do a practice run at home first, but I think its definitely doable. The key is to practice - Takeru Kobayashi and the other competition eaters practice by eating massive meals followed by starvation of a day or two followed by another massive meal - this stretching and starvation causes the intestinal walls to become much more elastic to accommodate larger volumes of food. I once ate two large bowls at one sitting years ago, so I'm quite confident I could finish quite a bit if not all of this.
