I was so upset with Griffin/Silva fight. I thought Griffin would do well but he got played and Silva made him look like a shit fighter. I felt so bad, but i never understood why he ran away. Emotionally impacted? Lyoto Machida is the only contender who can give Silva a run for his money.

I sure as hell hope this is some form of sarcasm... because doing a standing jump out of 3 feet of water is ridiculous.
Go and try clinching with an semi-accomplished judoka or wrestler at one of the local clubs and test your strength and report back lol.. not even remotely close to an elite of the elite guy like penn.
Jumping out of that pool is FAR more impressive than even a 300lb bench press.

sorry to break your bubbles but jumping forward on to a deck from 3 FEET is no that impressive.
I've seen swimmers and lifeguards able to do that if they're relativitly fit
do it from 4ft then i'll call that impressive.
Plus it's MUCH easier to do if you are shorter. Taller people will have a harder time because they need to get higher to get their legs out
