Mario's downtown has a pretty good selection of suits, etc., sort of like Harry Rosen.

Check out Nordstrom Rack. They are the outlet store for Nordstrom's and all suits are 50% off with additional discounts on top.

Only problem with outlets is it's hard to find smaller sizes. Most of the stuff is L, XL, XXL, XXXL and XXXXXXXXXL.

At an outlet-type store, I'm scared of getting a suit that doesn't fit me properly. The people that work there certainly don't give a crap if it fits you or not...

Don't you try stuff on?
And Jah you're totally right, I'm between a small and a medium, and everything is at least L, my waist is 30 ... tough luck
