Anything to do at Granville Island at night?

Some friends and I are having dinner around Granville Island and I'm wondering, is there anything to do at night around Granville Island? I'm guessing after 9:30pm when most stores around Granville Island are closed.

Any good places to walk around? chill? take some pictures with good scenery(since it is Granville island and it's by the waters) etc

Any suggestions?

Also; next week has a high of 25'C and a low of 14'C. Would sitting on the patio be a good idea? I'm thinking it might be cold cause it's around 7pm and it's by the water... Would it be too cold or would it be fine?

Thanks!

backstage lounge has live music, there's two theatres there (one does plays, the other does improv) and thats about it. you can take great city shots from the area around the marina. other than that, it's a pretty boring place to be at night. i live on w 2nd, right near the entrance to GI, and every night around 11, its noisy then dead. seems like everyone leaves there around that time.

If you want to get drinks and or desserts, Sandbar and Dockside Bar/Restaurant are open later. There's also some gelato/coffee places underneath the Granville Bridge.
