My car got broken into!!!!!!!!!
So I parked my overnight in this peaceful neighborhood, and this is what I find the next morning. Fuckers took my Gucci shades and my Bape hoodie!!! :mad:

I'm also in Richmond in the Terra nova area and someone rummaged through my car 2 Saturday evenings ago. Only took my cell phone and nothing else. My car was unlocked though. I don't think it was done by pop bottle hobos because they did not bother taking anything else like clothes, sunglasses, spare change...

Yeah...I called the Richmond RCMP, and they kept me waiting on the line for 15 mins, then they just asked some simple questions and gave me a claim number. The whole conversation lasted like 2 minutes.

The skytrain will undoubtedly bring in more bad stuff. There will be a migration of hobo's, drunks, and overall shit-eaters that can't find other things to do except fuck up a man's pride and joy. That being his car of course. If you live around the stations in Richmond, better watch what you leave in your car. Even though I leave my iPod in my car most of the time lol.

My best friend's car was broken into in a similar fashion around No. 4 and Alberta about 3 months ago.
Passenger window smashed. Ipod Touch gone. In a busy neighbourhood with lots of new townhomes around. Not one person heard or saw anything. Compustar alarm did NOT go off.

Thats the truth actually. There is literally no way to prevent damage to your vehicle other than keep it stored in your garage 24/7
Whenever its in a parking lot there's always a risk of someone rubbing against it with jeans or zippers from jackets, or just some random douche walking by and being jealous and keying it
Thats what happened to me while I was at BCIT before summer. Came back out to my car to grab something and BAM. Keyed all along the driver's side, and only my car

where are you located at? i live around SE Marine DR and my moms SUV is always parked out right by the street and few days ago some ass tried to break in the SUV but left screw marks and possibly rock bump ha, unfortunately he didnt make it in, and 1 block away was a car got his windows bust in! didnt see it, just heard! hmm i wonder what they wouldnt done to my mr2 if i parked it out at the time! When I saw my car, there weren't glass around it...as you can see from the pics, my window tint actually held the glass together and it fell in on my seat. Nevertheless, i felt so pissed off and upset...it feels like I'm missing a limb since I use my sunglasses everyday.
even when i lived in the kerrisdale / point grey area, i always park in garages when home or visiting friends.
I only park outside when I go out.

Well, I guess that's a maybe. However, there are way nicer cars around her neighbourhood, such as SLK55 AMG, R33 skyline, MR2, and etc. I'm not saying they deserve a break-in, but if I were the fucker, I would go for the SLK55. Might be nicer stuff in there.
