Love is not genetic, attraction is.
Female does not only look for guys who are good at reproduction, they also look at the health of the male (how good-looking, howbig, how strong, any disease) to gauge how the kids will carry those traits. They also gauge how the male will take care of her and the young. Same thing as how we look at their boobs to see how healthy the female are, look at their asses to guage whether they are suitable for reproduction, and look at their moms to gauge how the girls will turn out (fat, ugly, slip, nice body, etc).
Welcome to biology and evolution. Animals out there do it (ok... minus the looking at their moms part.)

if you read psychology books they would tell you women subconciously look for security...and in our society a large part of that isn't just a physical aspect of a male..but also their wealth.
