Are there any online site surveys that will actually compensate you for your time?

I remember driving down to Vancouver Tourism College in Surrey,BC and i took a 60min literacy test online and walked out with $100CAN cheque that actually cleared.

I'm actually working on a degree in marketing and it really gives me and inside look aswell.

Things i'm looking for are:

Survey (written)
Survey (Online)
Focus groups
Etc

I do apologize if there is a thread on this. Please post any legit survey/focus group you've done.

Much thanks! :D

I looked, there's nothing for Canadians right now

seems like there never is.. i get calls from people doing surveys and they claim that i may recieve a small payment for compensation and i never get anything. but i have heard of people getting 50-300 for surveys over the phone.. depending on the length ofcourse.

I took a canadian literacy test for $100 which was pretty sweet and super simple.

if anyone knows of a site/survey that does compensate let me know. I'm cutting out mods from my expenses so the only way i'm getting em is from small jobs on the sides/ surveys/ focus groups, etc. sucks when your a student :(

RBC once sent me a survey to do with a $2 coin attached to the first page of the bundle of paper. They never said the survey had to be returned so i just chucked it in the recylcing. Then i went to 7-11 to buy a slurpee with the toonie.
