This is the Chevron on 41st and main st.
I heard about this in the morning yesterday but didn't know it was so close by to my commute to work.
The gas station is still blocked off with yelllow tape and the backhoe is parked on street.

Vancouver police are looking for two suspects who smashed a backhoe into a gas station in an apparent attempt to get the bank machine inside early Wednesday morning.
The would-be thieves fled on foot after failing to take the machine, leaving the backhoe stuck in the front entrance of the Chevron gas station near the intersection of 41st Avenue and Main Street.
Fortunately no one appeared to be hurt in the incident, which happened around 4 a.m. PT when the station was closed for the night.
Despite the damage, tanker-truck driver Bruce Dunbar decided to go ahead and refill the gas station tanks, but said it was one of the most unusual things he has seen in his 29 years on the job.
"I don't know what the guy was going to accomplish that was doing it, unless you drag it away … it'd be a pretty low speed chase if they were taking it away…. If he hit the pumps, there could be an issue for sure," said Dunbar.
Police said the backhoe was stolen from an East Vancouver job site.
