When they passed the law to make steriods illegal pretty much every agency was against but congress passed the law anyways. In Canada its actually not illegal to have steriods for personal use. Selling is illegal. I also believe if you get caught importing them (even for personal use) you can get in trouble.

I did a search and "Mad Dog" was in rehab for substance abuse when he died. He was addicted to painkillers and was an alcoholic.

Honestly, I'm not saying people who use steroids are rageaholics. Two of the guys I worked with were even tempered guys in a stressful job and they were giant juicers.

I'm saying that the same ignorant attitudes that led to the investigation would lead to an anti-steroid argument for people in the secret service.
