I bought it during christmas for my dad but it didn't arrive until after christmas (by then i already but another one at NCIX)

I was meaning to mail it back but had never gotten around to it (i know i can crossfire it but my motherboard only has 1 slot)


Its still sealed in the box, still has the sapphire sticker sealing the box

so yes its brand new
