FS: 1993 Toyota MR2 Turbo
Sorry folks. The car has now been officially sold.
Congrats to the new owner and thank you to those who inquired. Spoiler!
Time to trim down the fleet. I've only driven this car approximately 15,000km over the past 3 years.
1993 MR2 Turbo
154,000km (Canadian model)
Lexus Pearl White
CT-20B journal bearing turbo w/3.0" KO Racing downpipe
Tom's Kit (side skirts and rear bumper)
17" SSR Competitions (rare)
Lowered on H&R coilovers (internals are Bilsteins!)
Apexi intake / manual boost controller
Berk dual exhaust (stainless steel!)
Rotora BBK (front) Rotora rotors rear
Clean / mint interior with plush red seats
Alpine 9815 CD / Radio
Greddy shift knob
Rotora stainless steel brake lines
Photos - bcrdukes' 1993 Toyota MR2 Turbo
For those of you who do and do not know me, this car was well taken care of with no expenses spared. The car is garage stored 95% of the year and driven only during May to about September. It's been sponsored at DTP several times and was sponsored by Rotora. Recently replaced the alternator, changed tie rods, ball joints, and threw in the H&R coilovers.
Car rides very very nice. Suspension well tuned and shocks dampen as they should. Handles crisp and clean. Suspension on this car is no-bullshit / no JDM garbage. OEM clutch good and strong. Timing belt replaced. Interior is nice and lots of "ooomph" with the healthy motor and turbo. All parts replaced/maintained are OEM Toyota or of better/high quality aftermarket. I don't cheap out on my girlfriend so why would I cheap out on my car? Currently running on 11psi, 94 octane, 10w30 Mobil1. On a 40L tank, I get about 340km/ not bad, huh? Motor is healthy and so is the E153 transmission - you know what that means - LSD!
I'm not in a hurry to sell. I want this car to go to a good, responsible and mature owner. I'm open to pre-purchase inspections - you cover the fee. I am the third owner with no claims on my part. VIN number provided only upon viewing.
Disclaimer: The car will need a thorough tune up such as changing all fluids etc. It will also need to be Aircared before it can be insured.
SOLD!
No trades. I will not part the car . I believe my price is fair according to the overall condition of the car and market value.

I drove this in the snow last year from SeaTac Airport to Vancouver - accident free - in 6 hours.
