: can anyone get through to rogers customer service?

I keep getting this stupid recording about the iphone 3Gs. I've been on hold for 10 minutes now, and I can't tell if i thinks i want an iphone or if it's going to get me through to customer service.

voicing ur opinion in a thread related to the topic = ok

voicing ur opinion in threads no where near the topic = the reasoning for those awkward moments you have on every date.



to the OP, its monday, anyone and everyone with phone problems or changes is tryign to get a hold of rogers. ur best bet is wed or thursday (if not anywhere near a long weekend or holiday) otherwise, expect 30mins+, try getting a hold of someone on saturday... u might want to pack a lunch, a drink, and a couple jello pudding snacks, ur gonna be on hold for a while.

there retentions are annoying, i told them that telus was offering something better (65 a month after taxes) and they told me to go with them.

They need to change their CS lines with the option of hanging up and getting a call back yet holding your line in queue. I love companies with that option.

While were talking about calling CS fuck I hate calling Telus and getting somebody from Manila picking up trying to solve tech issues. 30 min wait + 30 mins on without solving anything sucks balls.

is it the skytrain? i thought it went to that recording when i tried to call rogers cause I was calling with another phone on a different carrier?

try asking to go to a different department and ask to me transferred to the department you are looking for. i recently lost my cellphone in richmond around the new skytrain and had to go to technical support and be asked to transfer to lost department cuz i was stuck at the iphone recording.

You aren't the only one. I've been having troubles getting a hold of a CSR for the past few days. I figured the last time of being on hold for 45 minutes before losing signal, causing my call to drop, was the last straw. Time to switch.

Call again and try a different rep. Telus had a better $45 plan than the one Rogers was offering so they matched it for me and added some stuff for free.
