Most likely spider bites and not bacteria from a blocked pore. The amount of white stuff means thats the amount of dead blood cells trying to heal the site, and I can't see a blocked pore requiring that much.

I had one of those on my balls. OK, not right on the balls, but close enough. I tell ya, it hurt like hell, but such a relief after it got popped and drained. Healed up nicely. I gotta admit this one is pretty good. I was going to say repost, but it's a slightly different one. Plus, BNR32 whoever didn't post it, so I refrained from calling it a repost. LOL.
I want to see the one from Post #8 get popped. Oh, it would be so cool.
BTW, I was so embarrassed by the one near my balls, I didn't get it fixed for a long time. It got worse and worse to the point the skin got very hard and calloused. Cutting through it was not nice. So, my advice to you guys, get the fucking thing popped immediatley. Who gives a rats ass. Get your neighbour to pop it. Whoever. Just get it done pronto. Text a girl can you pop it?
