I'm pretty sure this will somehow get pushed to the FC. Anyways I'm wondering if it bugs any of you how many RSers post with vast amount of typos and broken English. I mean, I'm not asking for perfect grammar as I can care less but sometimes its just so hard to make out what somebody is trying to say. So lets see a show of hands for those who's with me on this.
Maybe some of you actually talk like that in real life so here's a rendition for those who need it.

It does bother me but I make a few mistakes from time to time too. Usually I try to re-read what I type.

my english is rich.
Bill Clinton's English is rich, the man gets paid hundreds of thousands for a damn speech.
Instead of mocking it, why don't we start an Englsih 001 thread?
It's not just for FOB and ESL people, but EFL (English as a First Language, but still can't get it right) people on RS could find the info useful, too.
We can start with shit like.......
Effect vs Affect
Effect = Zhang Fei's good looks have an awesome effect on women.
Affect = How does Zhang Fei's charm affect older women?
Then vs Than
Then = BNR32 insulted CRS, then he got banned.
Than = BNR32 would rather be banned for life than become good friends with CRS.
See? You make things relevant and people will understand.......... not.
I really shouldn't make fun of ESL students/people. I was, afterall, an ESL student myself.

75% of threads in the Relationship forum are made of fail.
It's like majority of the op are typing like 12 year old girls with their "oh mah gawd, n den he wuz lyke doing dis wif diz grl n im so saaaaadd nowz what shuld i do 2 win him bax mayb i do dis and dat"
Maybe there's a reason they have relationship problems; they can't even write a proper sentence so no one could understand them to begin with. =_=
define easy when the man power required to monitor the grammar mistakes is greater than the revenue generated from the grammar mistakes.

who know the difference, not that know the difference
subtle, but "who" refers to people........ not sure on the who vs whom thing.
Another thing that bothers me a tad is the use of me or I. Here's a trick I learned in elementary school.
Janet and I went to the store today.
Are you talking to Janet and me?
You take Janet out of the picture to help you figure out which one to use.
I went to the store today.
Are you talking about me?
Me went to the store doesn't work.
Are you talking to I? doesn't work.
BTW, the other thread should be titled English 001, not English 101. 101 is a university or college level course.

There isn't a single damn forum on the internet that doesn't have posters with bad spelling and grammar. I see your point, but this isn't English class so no need to be anal about it. If it pisses you off a lot then bitch it out to them like people often do.
On a side note, I'm looking for a job teaching ESL...
