I'm getting a "502 access denied. You're currently over quota"

Anyone know what this means exactly?

Are you using Shaw's news server? If so, you're limited to 5 concurrent connections. Also, if you disconnect and quickly reconnect, it'll still think you're connected and it won't let you open new connections. Give it a minute or 2 and then try and connect again.
