help with hard drive recovery

So I accidentally formatted my back up drive. i havent wrote anything on it yet. any good programs anyone know? I tried a couple the best so far is this call "Stellar Phoenix NTFS Data Recovery" it got all my stuff... but the problem is that it needs the registry number to recover with i dont have...
any recommendations would be deeply appreciated

I used Restorer2000 Pro.
You might be asking for a crack to bypass the program registration Key. If so, this topic is "off limits" here. Try "The Pirate Bay".

I'm looking through the hirons CD program list and aren't many of those programs pay ones??...
like ghost etc.
does it just contain hacked versions of them??
^ Yeah, I'm surprised Hiren's has a web site for downloading. I thought it was a program only available by torrent.

I think some third party decided to open up that website...
But yeah, you can run GetDataBack from Hiren's while booted up in Windows if you have that drive connected as a slave drive.

I'd suggest spinrite. It's up to version 6.0 now.
