EB Games has it with a free Juggernaut character with preorder. Also has the Gaming Guarantee so if you preorder it and pick it up on release day, you can play it and then return it in 7 days for full store credit if you don't like it.

I'm almost finished my first playthrough. I never played the first game but I did like X-Men Legends 2 a lot (which came before Marvel Ultimate Alliance). Overall its not terrible, but it would be better with more rewards like additional costumes (each character only gets one alternate), more set team bonuses, and maybe more playable characters. I'm going to be returning it for the EB Gaming Guarantee on Monday.
