Made by same OEM, Seasonic, but PC Power & Cooling has a very good reputation for solid PSUs.

i paid $149 for my black one back in the day so i could run hd2900s in crossfire with real 8-pin plugs. also its really quiet. it alone cut the noise level of my pc case in half. and I'm usin an antec 900 5x120mm 1x200mm fans
