What is the best one that isnt a resource hog? I guess while you are at it throw out some recommendations for a good firewall too.

AVG is no longer great. You should see the number of infected computers we're getting in lately that run AVG.

My vote goes to Kaspersky. NOD32 is also good, but some things about it irk me (i.e. no removal tool available, security suite is not nearly as good as Kaspersky IS, not as user-friendly, etc.)

I just ended up downloading Avira..

Paid: KIS 2010, NIS 2010, ESET Internet Security (whatever version is current out).
I would have bought Norton if their product was cheaper.

Firewall: Those 3 above, or Windows Firewall + Router. That is all.

Norton Endpoint.. Best there is.. Also if you can find a torrent, even better.
