Lightbulb Another multi-million dollar grow op bust in Chilliwack

http://www.news1130.com/more.jsp?con...11_224154_9724

CHILLIWACK (NEWS1130) - Chilliwack RCMP say they have made a second multi-million dollar grow op bust this week. Corporal Lea-Anne Dunlop says while investigating a massive underground complex where pot was growing, Hydro detected a power theft next door.

Police raided a building and found 4,500 pot planes worth at least $2.5 million. She says six suspects were arrested and released after signing a promise to appear in court. Meanwhile 61-year-old Darryl Francis Ness, arrested in the first Chilliwack pot grow bust, was granted bail today. Dunlop says the raids send a message. "It's funny actually, someone asked me earlier today if Chilliwack is the safe haven for pot growers, and I'd say well based on this week, the answer is 'No.'"

Dunlop adds the suspects in both cases had no prior records.

It's spelled booby. The way you spelled it is referring to the anatomy of girl.

This is a different bust, the other one had 11,500+ plants and it had an insane setup.... too insane to be cost effective.... a hidden floor with an elevator and 4 sectioned off rooms with insane lighting etc etc and traps <<<< whoever built that one was just building to impress ppl not be effective

this one on the otherhand would have been impressive if it wasnt for the previous bust

these guys are so lazy though.... just go further into the interior (lazy fucks)

http://www.vancouversun.com/Investig...806/story.html

I always wonder where police get their numbers from? They prob figure it by how many joints you can get lol.. cuz 22 kg's x 2.2046 is 48 pounds x 2800 lets say so thats only 135k ? but 135k every 2 months is pretty good profit i guess haha

$2800 a lb is what I pay. I doubt they are selling a lb in bulk like that for $2800.

Why don't any of these people use generators? Bury a couple generators in a shipping container or something, and tada! power!! With the right insulation nobody would even be able to hear them.
