So my car has been sitting in the garage for 10 months with full tank of gas and the insurance just expired recently. I just got back from overseas and wanted to renew the license but they said i have to aircare it. Will i pass aircare? or i have to use up all the full tank and fill with the new gas? Planning to go to aircare tomorrow.

The least you should do is drive it around for awhile, burn off 1/3-1/2 of the gas, fill it with good gas, do an oil change (since you're due anyways), then take it in.

No one can say if it's gonna pass. Mileage, condition, state of tune, etc..........

if its stock i dont think it'll have a reason to not pass. its a 2002.
