I was pulling into my street about 3:10am tonight and saw a women and an men fiddling with the door of a 90s Tercel. They ducked and hide when they saw me coming up the street. My 240 was stolen twice about 5 houses down.
I knew something was up so I pulled around the block and parked in the alley. I watched as they tried to break in by sliding a thin piece of metal down the side of the door. I called the cops right away and the dispatch said to wait and don't follow them if they drive away. I waited 5 mins or so and they finally broke in, started the car and drove away. I followed them down kingsway about 2 blocks and saw the cops coming by on the opposite direction. I waved at them and they pulled a u-turn and busted the two thieves. They looked like cracked out junkies, at least the women did, she was all twitchy and shit. They tried to deny everything but I told them I saw the whole thing. Fucking thieves, probably the same guys that stole my 240 too:mad:

Can we follow up on what happens to these jokers? It would be a good story for the media. RS member witnesses a crime, the police apprehend the suspects, thatnks to the RS member, they go to court and the offenders get off with a warning. I would have notified the RS beat down crew.

They already knew what they were looking for, gave them full description of the car and suspects over the phone. Just stuck my hand out the window in case they missed us.

Was the car on Night or 30th.. I live in that area, I notice tones of crackheads at night.. One time we had a full garbage can of pop cans outside and covered.. Somehow one day it all of a sudden disapeared without a trace...

If so then why the fuck are we paying them money??? Like honestly with the amount of bad drivers compared to criminals obviously bad drivers are easy to spot.. Thats why we need regular traffic patrol cops and then real cops.. .Kinda like how the skytrain works... I dont know how many times Ive seen people run stop signs... Honestly I would much rather have a traffic cop ticket me over a accutal cops that could find better more important things to do... Plus everyone breakes rules when driving, so lets start enforcing them...
