Was just reading about the No3 thing and reminded me of something that happened to me this morning when I was driving to school.

I live in Richmond and go to school at David Thompson (east side vancouver). I was driving to school this morning and everything was fine, around 7:30am. I was about halfway through Knight St. Bridge when I noticed the guy behind me in an old MDX was tailgating my ass. There wasn't too big of a gap in front of me so I don't think i needed to drive any faster than I was to avoid the guy behind me. Then I noticed he pulled to the right lane and passed me...then without any notice (no signals or anything) he just swerves really fast into my lane and trust me....there was about...1 second gap between be and the guy that was originally in front of me. I would guess I was going around 70kmh at the time and I had to brake HARD to avoid rear ending that mother fucker...I honked at him right away and everyone behind me had to slow down as well. I passed by that guy when we got off the bridge and saw it was some young asian fuck who looks like hes coked off his ass...thats not the worst part...I was going uphill on Knight St. Bridge on the furthest right lane. The speed limit for that part is 50kmh but it takes time to slow down to that so I guess I was going around 60...Just as im about to pass 59th street, I notice a white undercover cruiser sitting on other side wanting to make a left turn. I was just about to pass 59th when the fuckn cop flashes his lights and without any warning pulls a left turn...I had to fuckn slam AGAIN on the brakes...this time ABS kicked in too == just to avoid a fuckn cop who cant wait to make a left turn...
can they even do that? is that legal or are they taking advantage of their power?

anyways this is what pissed me off the whole day...

Given the fact that the OP was driving at 7:30am, it was rush hour. Anyone who expects the left lane to be completely empty during this time is plain retarded. I'm sure the police on this forum don't condone the idea of every single person in front moving over for one driver who feels the need for speed. Especially during times of heavy traffic.

exactly... I am talking about vancouver traffic/rush hour. Maybe driving down 200th in Langley it would make sense but pretty much anywhere in Richmond, Burnaby, Vancouver, New West etc... this dosen't work.


And I think we're thinking too much of the general population here. First they need to master the "stay in the right lane unless to pass" on the freeway before making the step into the city.

Holy fuck this fucking corolla almost side swiped me in the middle of 49th and fraser. What a bitch, I was in the left lane behind some left turner, and she (corolla) was in the right lane. So as im approaching the intersection, I slowed down cause of the left turner and she had a right turner in her lane. Right turner and left turner basically turned at the same time but as we are in the intersection the fucking corolla changes lanes into my lane to avoid the bus which was stopped. I had to fucking brake hard cause if i tried to swerve i would have hit the guy turning left from the other direction. Some older white person was driving by herself and then i proceed to finger her and i see her avoiding me. She doesn't even look back or through her mirror until we are at Victoria dr. Then she makes a right turn without her signal almost clipping a pedestrian and hitting a van going southbound on victoria. wtf I fucking hate the commute back and forth from school. Next time I should just take marine dr and avoid 41st and 49th.

God i hate traffic so much, I kinda had some road rage myself a few days ago... some asian lady just before entering logheed highway stops. It was a merging lane. So i start honking after i breaked really hard, she doesn't move and I keep honking for 10 sec... Rolled down my windows screaming at the top of my lungs "move fucking bitch"... She doesn't move so i drove across the curb, fingered her and drove away lightening fast... I was pissed off enough about the heavy traffic, that just pissed the hell outta me.
