I have this weird problem with my HPMini.
I can't disable the blue secondary keys from being activated.
EG my question mark key only spits out the E with the accent on top.
anyone know how to return my keyboard to normal function? it's really annoying.

ctrl+shift changes key sets, might have to hit the combo 2-3 times to get back to english.
