in all seriousness, depends on your budget and how screen accurate you want it to be.
on top of my head from the most screen accurate to least:

AA/SDS
GINO
FX armor
Rubies Supreme
Don post deluxe
Rubies deluxe

unless you are a hardcore fan/collector, I would suggest sticking with the Rubies/Don Post. The screen accurate stuff costs thousands. I'm a pretty hardcore collector myself. if you need more info on stormtrooper costumes feel free to send me a pm.

No worries, I picked up my kids spider man costume weeks ago. He was so excited he was wouldn't take it off for two days. Finally when he went to sleep the second night my wife took the costume and hid it. That morning I told him that spider man came and needed his costume back but he promised he'll have it back before Halloween. He believed me. :p

i've worked at value village, we never had any storm trooper costumes. darth vader, yes, but no storm troopers.

to the OP, depends what you define as a "good" costume. most of the retail outlets here sell adult sized costumes for $40-$100 so i wouldn't expect a movie-quality costume unless you shell out the $700-$1000 other people have mentioned.
