Discussion on how to keep your car shining bright and make them heads turn..
Detailed a friend's '06 WRX named "Rexy". She came to us in... interesting condition.
Used M105, M205 and topped with Meg's 16 on Purple-foamed wool, white pad and blue pad respectively. Only had 6 hours to work on her as the owner had to go celebrate his birthday. I had him clay the car himself the day before. That way I could detail the car in that time. Also had slowguy working with me as well. Two Porter Cable's make the job much faster. Huge turn-around from what this car used to look like.
Before:
Under the lights
Many jokes were made about what he used to wash the car. Black being such an unforgiving colour, there were a lot of issues and it was easy to see. Fortunately most of it was cleared up with one pass of M105.
50/50's
Ta-da! Done. Ignore the paid Chinese help.
Reflection time
