iTunes Problem

I bought an album on iTunes through my iPhone while out and about. When I got home and sync'ed up the phone through iTunes to download the rest of the album stuff, I got the following error code(s).

I'm fully connected to the internet via hardline, and iTunes doesn't have an issue connecting with the online store at all when I test it out.
