Point and shoot camera repair?

hey guys, so i've got a Sony DSC-T70 which is just over a year old now

last week i was up in the kootneys and i had it with me for some bumpy rides in a golf cart, as well as on some logging roads etc.

when i went to turn it on one day the stablizer i guess it is, or whatever motor is used to make the camera focus is all hay-wire now

when i turn it on i can feel the motor vibrating like crazy in my hand, and when you look at the back screen which is the view finder, the image is shaking like crazy and cannot focus, it just continues to jump around

while i was still up there i got it to work a few times just by smacking it on my knee, and eventually the motor stopped going crazy and i was able to focus again

but now it seems like i cant get it back to normal and all it does it just shake off the hook and i can feel it spinning inside the camera

where can i take this to get fixed? recomendations?
