Apparently the ICBC or Police are experimenting or something, they made the lights in that intersection all flashing reds, and some guy set up a camera on one of the sidewalks..... This was around 320pm.

I dunno all i know is that i witnessed over 20 potential accidents waiting when i wanna left turn. No one fucking treats it like a 4 way stop sign, they just go when they wanna.

Thats what happens when your in richmond... Thats why if you inch in people will let you in becuase they wont want to scratch their car, But if you just wait until they stop that will never happen...

ya what happened a few nights back?...the whole intersection was blocked off and we had to reroute through residentials..
