So I'm looking to get an flash for my D60. I saw the SB-30 Speedlight and it doesn't look too bad plus it's not super expensive either. Anyone have any insight to why I should or shouldn't purchase this flash?

It won't even TTL on your camera. Only manual settings.

if your just getting started get the SB-600 it's a pretty good all around flash

atm im using a SB-600 with my D60.....i find it enough for what im content with...fair priced and it will TTL.
