: Chronic keyer convicted of mischief ...

Hope this isn't a repost,but figured everyone needs to be aware that this asshat is out there again.

..gets three years' probation

A man who was convicted of mischief for keying cars in the Lower Mainland was sentenced this week to three years’ probation, with a 10 p.m.-to-6 a.m. curfew.

Soo Yo Kim, 33, of Coquitlam spent three months in jail after his arrest in April 2008, when Vancouver police caught him in the act.

BTW, shouldnt it be SERIAL keyer? Chronic keyer sounds wierd.

why dont they just make him pay for everyones deductible?
$300 x 400 cars = 120k

justice will be served. i'd rather him deal with that then spend a few months in jail.
120k debt and not allowed to leave the country.
or just deport him straight up

In the article it said something about 42 charges being dropped

^^^^ yeah i remember they charged him for a ton even though they didn't witness or have evidence of him doing it just those cars had been keyed
