This 240SX belongs to my good buddy Jacky (dark0821) yesterday:(! Everyone please be on the look out!!

It was stolen today between 2:00am - 10:30am when he parked at 62 Worthington Place, Vancouver (near Rupert)

The car's description:
-Custom matte bronze finish with matte black hood and trunk
-Wide body kit.
-VERY low (1.5" clearance)
-VERY loud exhaust note!
-SFASC sticker.

Parts:
-Apex'i cat-back exhaust with test pipe.
-18" Axis WideTrack
-6000K HIDs
-SR20DET redtop.
-Megan Racing coilovers.
-Blitz BOV
-Obutto driver's bucket seat.

so how long have u had this car...this may be a bit too harsh but i honestly dont feel sorry for u at all if u've had it for a while but decided to cheap out on security..imo the only rides that dont require one are beaters.. this should be ur very first mod if u really value ur car..

the car was spotted today Oct19, 2009 @

152 st and 64 ave on a white flat bed, with the front bumper missing, it seems the whole car is still together, cept for the bumper. Alright keep it up..

alright, i got a call from RCMP.. and I got the car back..

thats the good news..

the bad news is... well.. the rims are.. well.. ruined... some might be beyond repair, the front bumper is in 2 pieces completely, the rear bumper has a huge crack runnign thru it.. wil be in 2 pieces soon... my side skirts are ripped off, my car doesnt start, but the SR20 is still under the hood, so I am towin it to my mechanic.. and see what can be done.

keep you guys posted.. I would like to thank everyone here for all your help =P

but depending on the dmg.. it might be wise to part out.. and go for... tureno!!!!

well.. i been at school all day.. got a call from my mechanic who said he got the car though.. so ya.. it gonna sit over there for the night... i still got a mid term @ 8:30.. so i guess i wont get a chance to take some photos.. nothing is covered by ICBC.. but ya.. alrite will keep everyone updated...

Otherwise all the damage sounds like it's cosmetic broken bumpers, rims etc...), so no way they going to write it off... Maybe you should consider repairing the car?

I hate to agree but it's true, and being so desirable only makes it worse

And pretty sure ICBC is not going to cover you much for that car. As far as they're concerned it's just another 240sx, which is worth a couple grand to them? Even IF you bring in all your receipts and show this and that they wont give you much money back unless you have the "modded car" insurance or whatever it's called.

Even if you go private and pay extra for insurance to cover this type of car they will still try every thing possible to fuck you over.

So as far as comprehensive is concerned, pretty sure this is still a 240sx to ICBC... Even with 20k in receipts you wouldn't get to much for it.

But please, someone prove me wrong so I can restore a bit more faith in ICBC and not have to worry about my car getting jacked.
