No idea, but some of them really suck. Miso mayo chicken is pretty dry, same as their tuna which is like a sand filled tuna sandwich, completely unlike anything I had in Japan. The only one I can somewhat enjoy is the pork with boiled egg, but that's hardly what I think of as a traditional onigiri.
Fujiya onigiri are slightly better but not by much. I miss 7-11/Family Mart/Lawsons onigiri from Japan which had tender tuna flakes, creamy mayo, and fluffy rice. That's on the low end of the spectrum for onigiri in Japan too.
I never knew that store had onigiri..... The only time I had it was when my Japanese friend brought 5 of them for lunch one day... His mom basically bought some ingredients (the ones in the pack) that you sprinkle ontop of rice which contained seaweed and other herbs/spices and basically mixed it into a ball and stuffed the weird tasting plum in the middle? (I think the pocky store sells the fermented plum?(iuno if thats what its called)) But It looks really easy to DIY.
never tried the konbiniya ones but izumi-ya has some decent tasting ones. taste pretty much like what you get from famima, lawsons and 7-11 holdings.
