Its currently locked to rogers, I've had it for a year and still works great. Its a 5 megapixel camera phone and uses heat sensor buttons just under the screen. Just a a couple scratches on the screen and some scuffs on the bottom. Comes with everything in box(power cord, usb cable, cd, memory card, earphones, and manual). The lifetimer is 0 because I did a master reset on the phone, I'm guessing around 18 hours.
