just for taking it over the border you dont always pay taxes .. there are several ways not to pay

roll down on your steelies .. put 2 wheels on .. and leave 2 steelies here where we would meet on another date in canada to return the steelies

or

write a low sale slip .. and pay a 10% duty fee .. like write for $200 and pay 20 bucks etc ....
