Not just that, the docks are damaged too. Not sure how much it is in Coal Harbour, but my buddy paid $450,000 for his docking slip in Quayside Marina in Yaletown.

witnessed the whole thing this morning around 9. it started on one boat, and by the time fire crews put it out, at least 4 boats were write offs.

it took firemen and police 15 minutes before they even arrived on scene, coast guard boats took even longer. in the time that it took the firemen to arrive and gear up, 3 of the boats were fully engulfed.
