A healthy digestive system should excrete waste 12-16 hours after every major meal. SO if you eat 3 square a day at 9, noon and 5, you should be shitting around the same times as well...give or take. Anything less and your poor colon is just reabsorbing all those toxins making way for major problems down the road.

Me too...90% of the time I do it in the morning...

I get up....drink some water or have a pre work out drink...wait 30-50 minutes and I poop a lot....

There are no studies that show you have to be 'regular' to be healthy. The whole trend of bulking yourself up with fiber and taking supplements to irritate your gut causing it to excrete mucous has no foundation at all.

As long as you are not feeling gut pains, and don't have blood in your shit, there is no "right" way to shit. There is no reason to believe that the shit won't eventually come out on its own, when you're ready. Just stay hydrated and eat enough vegetables, and regularity will come on its own, in its own form. It might be every morning, it might skip a day. Or two. None of that matters.

I disagree, think about it. Your body is made up of some hundred trillion cells....each and every one of those cells need to be fed and need to get rid of waste, this all happens through your bowels. If you bowels aren't working properly then every one of your cells can't properly dispose of their waste...so it just builds up in your body now

What do you think happens to waste when it doesn't come out the other end within a day? it putrifies and cakes up the fine hairs on the walls of your intestines...making them unable to extract nutrients from the food you eat...it just keeps building up and building up until you are so constipated that the food you eat just goes right though you without providing your body with any nutrition at all.

IMO if your bowels are working....you can't be sick.

At first she was breast feeding right in front of me with her left breast exposed. I thought, "Okay, that's fine since the baby was hungry or whatever". I was playing with my PSP while she was doing that. Then after a while the kid started to nag and the mother knew right then that he had to pee. So what does she do?, She basically pulls down the kid's pants and the kid pees right on to the ceramic/marble tile floor. She was spreading that kids legs and where the kid was aiming, it almost hit me. "I was like WTF man" in my mind. I didn't say anything or wanted any trouble cause she looked like those type of woman who would throw a Hissy fit at you. Anyway, after the kid was done, there was a small puddle of piss on the ground. I basically just walked off and sat somewhere else.

ya I was oing a river raft cruise in yangshuo, and at the side of the river was this 5 year ol girl squatting to pee in th river, twat exposed and everything. Pedobear would be proud :lol
