She looks the same.. just 2 yrs younger and fatter than she is now. It doesn't make sense to have surgery after debuting.

Maybe just the lack of make-up. They've ALL had cosmetic surgery done after debut, I'm pretty sure. Then again, I don't really care. :lol I'll just root for Jessica and Taeyeon LOLL
