: Why did I get points for this???

I posted this bumper for sale , I forgot to put "FS" in the title , I was unable to correct it , so I should get 6 points for this ? I would think a friendly reminder , or a correction would be a nicer way to deal with such a thing.

mods arent here to babysit.

did your gf dump u because of the points?

did the spca take ur dog away because of the points?

were you grounded by ur parents because of the points?

then life moves on. in most cases, you can ask the moderator that handed the points if they can be removed. and yes, in most cases, mods will do just that. they are human, and are civil if the member made an honest mistake.

I did in fact PM the mod in question , I was very polite. I got no response at all...

I thought the number of points you had appeared under the avtar. I guess the higher-ups removed it.

5 infractions gets you a ban for one week. Over 24 points is an award of a permanent ban.

give it a few days. i know a lot of ppl are taking a longer time getting back to replying emails due to midterms.

What are you posting?

Threads or responses? If they are threads, it is probably because you are breaking on the rules. Hell, even if it is a response, you're breaking a B&S rule.
